1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the 2027 Innovation Kickoff microsite, the application process and the event on November 26, 2026 (together, the "Program"). The Program is organized by [917Ventures legal entity name] ("917Ventures", "we", "us") through Velocity, its startup partnership program.

By signing in, submitting an application or attending the event, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the startup you represent. If you do not agree, please do not use the microsite or apply.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to early-stage startups with a launched product or MVP, a clear use case for large enterprises, and plans to enter or grow in the Philippines. Idea-stage startups are not eligible.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your startup. Startups based outside the Philippines may apply if one representative can attend in person in Metro Manila.
