FAQs
Who should apply?
Early-stage startups with a launched product or MVP, a clear use case for large enterprises, and plans to enter or grow in the Philippines. Idea-stage startups aren't eligible for this event.
Can startups outside the Philippines apply?
Yes. Just make sure one representative can join us in person in Metro Manila on the event date.
Does it cost anything?
No. Applying and attending are free.
Do I have to respond to a posted challenge or opportunity?
No. You can respond to a posted challenge or opportunity, pitch your own idea to a partner company, or do both. You just need at least one.
How many solutions can I submit?
Up to 3 responses to posted challenges or opportunities and up to 3 of your own ideas, so 6 in total.
Can I edit my application after submitting?
Yes. You can update your answers anytime until the deadline.
Will every applicant get a meeting?
We curate meetings based on fit with each partner company's needs, so we can't promise one to every applicant. Strong applications may still be considered for future introductions through Velocity.
How many people can attend from my startup?
One representative per startup.
When will I hear back?
If you're matched, we'll email your meeting schedule before the event. Notification date to be confirmed.
